    The problem with Obama......

This appears to be spot on.............

Maureen Scott is an ardent American patriot who was born in Pittsburgh, PA, and retired to Richmond, VA, in 2000. Free from the nine-to-five grind of writing for employers and clients, she began writing political commentary to please herself and express her convictions, as do I.

Our Pledge of Allegiance, a military band playing the National Anthem, and the wisdom of our Founding Fathers, inspire her passion and views. Her life is guided by a firm belief that truth is the most important virtue, and that God knows what He is doing with her. (She is my guest writer today, for I could have never said it better.) Please take the time to read and listen to this good American woman. I believe you will be glad you did. I give you Maureen Scott.

    The Architect of Destruction

    By Maureen Scott

Barack Obama appears to be a tormented man filled with resentment, anger, and disdain for

anyone of an opinion or view other than his. He acts in the most hateful, spiteful, malevolent,

vindictive ways in order to manipulate and maintain power and control over others. Perhaps,

because, as a child, he grew up harboring an abiding bitterness toward the U.S. that was

instilled in him by his family and mentors…it seems to have never left him.

It is not the color of his skin that is a problem in America .

Rather it is the blackness that fills his soul and the hollowness in his heart where there should

be abiding pride and love for this country.

Think: Have we ever heard Obama speak lovingly of the U.S. or its people, with deep appreciation

and genuine respect for our history, our customs, our sufferings and our blessings? Has he ever

revealed that, like most patriotic Americans, he gets "goose bumps" when a band plays "The

Star Spangled Banner," or sheds a tear when he hears a beautiful rendition of " America the

Beautiful?" Does his heart burst with pride when millions of American flags wave on a National

holiday - or someone plays "taps" on a trumpet? Has he ever shared the admiration of the military,

as we as lovers of those who keep us free, feel when soldiers march by? It is doubtful because

Obama did not grow up sharing our experiences or our values. He did not sit at the knee of a

Grandfather or Uncle who showed us his medals and told us about the bravery of his fellow troops

as they tramped through foreign lands to keep us free. He didn't have grandparents who told

stories of suffering and then coming to America, penniless, and the opportunities they had for

building a business and life for their children.

Away from this country as a young child, Obama didn't delight in being part of America and

its greatness. He wasn't singing our patriotic songs in kindergarten, or standing on the roadside

for a holiday parade and eating a hot dog, or lighting sparklers around a campfire on July 4th

as fireworks exploded over head, or placing flags on the grave sites of fallen and beloved

    American heroes.

Rather he was separated from all of these experiences and doesn't really understand us and

what it means to be an American. He is void of the basic emotions that most feel regarding

this country and insensitive to the instinctive pride we have in our national heritage. His opinions

were formed by those who either envied us or wanted him to devalue the United States and the

traditions and patriotism that unites us.

He has never given a speech that is filled with calm, reassuring, complimentary, heartfelt

statements about all the people in the U.S. Or one that inspires us to be better and grateful

and proud that in a short time our country became a leader, and a protector of many. Quite the

contrary, his speeches always degenerate into mocking, ridiculing tirades as he faults our

achievements as well as any critics or opposition for the sake of a laugh, or to bolster his ego.

He uses his Office to threaten and create fear while demeaning and degrading any American

who opposes his policies and actions. A secure leader, who has noble self-esteem and not false

confidence, refrains from showing such dread of critics and displaying a cocky, haughty attitude.

    http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-p6VcKVp2xhg/UcxHU6g0ObI/AAAAAAAAZ8U/F0m9DpJSmRc/s560/obama-angry-8.jpg

Mostly, his time seems to be spent causing dissension, unrest, and anxiety among the people

of America, rather than uniting us (even though he was presented to us as the "Great Uniter").

He creates chaos for the sake of keeping people separated, envious, aggrieved and ready to

argue. Under his leadership Americans have been kept on edge, rather than in a state of comfort

and security. He incites people to be aggressive toward, and disrespectful of, those of differing

opinions. And through such behavior, Obama has lowered the standards for self-control and

mature restraint to the level of street-fighting gangs, when he should be raising the bar for people

to strive toward becoming more considerate, tolerant, self-disciplined, self-sustaining, and self-assured.

Not a day goes by that he is not attempting to defy our laws, remove our rights, over-ride

established procedures, install controversial appointees, enact divisive mandates, and assert a

    dictatorial form of power.

    · Never has there been a leader of this great land who used such tactics to harm and hurt the

    people and this country.

    · Never have we had a President who spoke with a caustic, evil tongue against the citizenry

rather than present himself as a soothing, calming and trustworthy force.

    · Never, in this country, have we experienced how much stress one man can cause a nation of

people - on a daily basis!

Obama has promoted the degeneration of peace, civility, and quality of cooperation between us.

He thrives on tearing us down, rather than building us up. He is the Architect of the decline of

America , and the epitome of a Demagogue.

We had a flag waving 'patriot' last time, and he ushered in the some of the most repressive practices in the history of the country. Obama continued, and extended those policies. The problem is stupid Americans that want a free ride, and will allow themselves to be ass raped for the promise of free stuff. Democrats and Republicans are equally bad. The only difference is where the money flows.

The majority of readers of this opinion found it difficult to understand; however, a smile was brought to everyone's face over the use of the term "ass raped".

I agree with all the posts on this thread...so far.

I think that woman touched on a good portion of Obamas [personal] problems. Hence the reason I posted her rant.
No matter who the president of the country is they are simply a puppet. Obama does appear to despise the country and the citizens.

I'm not ashamed to say that happens to me almost every single time one of those things occur. I was born on flag day and have always been patriotic. Obama displays none of those traits, not in the least bit....but rather quite the opposite, as stated by the author. Obama doesn't have to display those things but at least he could show a bit of respect.

as for the content of your comment....I have no words that can describe how I feel about that. Other that I am quite surprised and saddened.

I get a little pissed when I hear Star Spangled Banner, or see any kind of aggressive nationalism. It's all just empty actions by people who'll throw you under the bus to advance themselves an extra couple millimeters. They speak the words, but don't know what they really mean. The ritual has become the end goal, and the purpose forgotten. One might recognize it from other older pointless rituals...

so true. Its sad when I see that happening. And it happens a lot with people that have an agenda. The SSB, taps, flags and such are patriotic symbols of our country. When I see or hear them I think about my friends and family members and all the other men and women that went off to war and never returned alive......all so we have the freedoms that we have today.

To keep the perspective on my views which I am not really pushing but more explaining.....I am also the type of person that will see an ambulance pass me or see an accident or something on that order and will automatically say a prayer for the people involved....as well as before and after I drive a distance I will give thanks for a safe journey and return. Little things like that. It doesn't matter if it makes any difference to you because what does matter is that it makes a difference to me. We all have different views...and I don't want to push my views on anyone else. However, I see a great disrespect in Crows comment. It might be because I'm much older IDK....I was just a tad hurt by those words knowing so many have given their lives for our freedoms. Sorry if that offends anyone.

edit; Surely my views may be different than others on this subject. Serious and very impacting experiances in my life have influanced the way I feel on this subject. Some good experiances and some bad....but I learned a lot early on that many people never get the opportunity to learn. LOL it would be easy to explain but I would have to kill you if I told you.

Of all the craisy shit that gets posted here... That one got to you?

I'm sincerely sorry if that offended you, dear Parrot. That was not my intent.

I was merely echoing the sentiments of Skillet (albeit in a more... crude manner) -- perhaps it was a little over the top, I apologise.

I suppose I was trying to point out how people are quick to label someone as "un-American" or "un-Patriotic" for something so petty as not shedding a tear during "America The Beautiful".

(Yes, it's a beautiful song, and it's moving... But because it doesn't move me to tears, somehow, that makes me 'less' American?)

No not at all mate I'm sure you are patriotic I just took your comment way too seriously that's all. But there are reasons for the way I feel. I can be too emotional about some things...but that's just me. I appreciate that you admit that its a bit over the top. It did bother me a lot and I just didn't know how to express that feeling. thanks tho.

I just now was thinking about something that happened long ago. Somewhat similar possibly to this discussion. Long ago a friend and myself were at his house and there was this new song out that we thought was a tad funny. It was country joe fishes song about Vietnam. We had it cranked on the record player and my buddies dad walks in the room and asks wtf are we listening to. So we played the song again for him. Holy crap was he angry. He was an exmarine and read us the riot act until we understood what the song was REALLY about and how sad it really is to lose someone at war. Soon after that some of our friends were drafted, went to vietnam and literally came home in a box. Sometimes our eyes need to be opened because we simply can't see. I'm attributing these last few post to that fact. But in the end if all is understood then its a good discussion. Except that I am not good at expressing myself or at debating and I find it hard to have people understand where I'm coming from. But that's my problem.....and the reason that I don't debate too much on the internet. Spoken word works better for me.

I bet you a dollar SD comes on soon and explains perfectly what I'm trying to say. lmao....he does that all the time. He sure knows how to clearly explain whats been said.

I don't think song and musical pieces mean shit anymore (if they ever did). Also the flag waving is just a sort of national brainwashing. Our government has done way too much harm to innocents both in our country and others for me to be bothered with it anymore. I know where your coming from PP growing up in the 50's and 60's but that was long ago and our current state of affairs does not warrant the types of reactions put forth in this article anymore..... I do hope when the next revolution happens we can start new and better traditions. Nazi Germany had a National anthem and I've seen their allegiance on film but it didn't make what happened there any better........

I can agree with that as well. I'm old school and it disgusts me what this country has done and continues to do....

I guess I was trying to say that the younger generations probably just don't know what our generation learned. IDK something like that. I have to live my life the way I was taught and from my life experiances. So I am what I am. But I can respect anyone elses opinion based on what they are taught and their life experiances.

This is one of the most patriotic photos that I think is most inspiring. Its from my Premium Parrots Facebook page. [if anyone cares]

This photo is known as "Sunrise"

This is my good friend Jerry Tuttle with "Wings". They attend military funerals to honor our fallen soilders. Beautifull and touching photo. Its an honor for me to know Jerry.

'1st draft of Articles of Impeachment' arrives

Obamacare 'illegally bypasses Congress, unauthorized IRS power-grab'

Obamacare not only is unconstitutional, it illegally bypasses Congress, infringes on states’ rights and marks an unprecedented and unauthorized expansion of Internal Revenue Service power, according to a brand-new book released today.

In “Impeachable Offenses: The Case to Remove Barack Obama from Office”, New York Times bestselling authors Aaron Klein and Brenda J. Elliott quote scholars and legal organizations contending Obamacare constitutes a clear case of “taxation without representation.”
