It's messed up that he was able to do this. I thought there was a system in place where felons weren't allowed things that they could use to possibly commit suicide. He was able to take the easy way out, he should have had to pay for his crimes.

BTW: I realize he used a bed sheet but shouldn't there be something in the bed that the criminal couldn't use to hang themselves, I mean come on how did no one realize this was a possibility or did they simply not care if he offed himself.

Some people are just unbelievably bad people ... to be able to do anything that horrific without your conscience stopping you is unthinkable for most of us.

If there is no way to help people who are so wrong in the head that they could do the kind of thing that Castro did - then they need to be forcefully kept away from society. If they kill themselves because they are pathetic cowards as well as cruel bastards then at least that keeps the cost to the government down with the same result ... good! There's nothing worse than the bitter taste of reading how much it costs the taxpayer to keep criminals in prisons.
