I just don´t understand what´s in it for the hacker to invest time and effort in damaging an innocuous fringe* site where some online friends meet to discuss their common vice.

* no offense meant, I just do not think snus use debate is a really mainstream one.

Anyway, thank you for reconstructing our home.

Hacker bragging rights..... same juvenile compulsion caused Chad to review every "MINTY" snus ever made! They cannot stop.....

FYI, SnusCentral.org (not the snus store) was hacked around the same time as SnusOn. It was badly damaged. This is beginning to look like an anti-snus conspiracy......

This is the first time I've seen anything but an error message at snuson.com. Glad you're back.

If you saw the message that was posted over the snuson content you would know that it was the Syrians that took down the site. It was a message warning the US that if we attack Syria they will do real harm to us and the interwebs. Tho they mentioned that it was simply a warning it sure screwed up a whole bunch of sites.

As of today Snuson should now be back 100%. While fixing the site the admin updated it and added security as well as plugged in a few nice features. The only thing the admin wasn't able to do was bring back the members friends lists. Hence, the reason I went on a friend hunt yesterday. If I missed anyone go ahead and friend me. Thanks to those that responded so quickly.

If anyone's interested, we have two themes now. The classic which has the nice orange, but ugly green, and the blue which is a vB default, but nice looking. Use the switcher on the bottom.

More color options have shown up. I'm going with the dark rider.

Dark rider just makes me depressed and want to kill everybody but the blue along with my meds is quite soothing.

I tried the new themes, and have to say that my favorite is still the original. Something about that good ol' puke-green just warms my heart.
