Sorry to hear about your situation. I used to suffer from chronic anxiety and panic attacks.Felt like I was having a cardiac arrest at times.
When I finally went to see a doctor and had several tests done,it was revealed that I was not physically ill and a course of anti-depressants was prescribed.
I decided to give the prescribed drugs a wide berth and have lived happily ever after since. It really is all in your head. Good luck on your journey. Cheers Phil.

Grim TWolf maybe on to something here................sugar (especially in the amounts we consume) has so many adverse side effects (from inflammation in joints to cardio vascular issues). You might try knocking your total carb intake way back and seeing if that helps any

Regardless....know we are pulling for you and hoping this gets resolved soon

I really am sorry to hear somebody suffer like this.

I don't know why doctors prescribe for anxiety disorder because it does tend to make things worse and doesn't address the underlying issue. I can understand why anti-depressants are prescribed for depression though because that's what they're for and they do help in that area.

When I was a youngster I used to get anxious quite a lot. I think it's pretty normal in your twenties. These days I'm so bored of most things that I can't be arsed.

What you must understand is that some anxiety is normal - don't start panicking when you start to feel anxious as it'll be a vicious cycle feeding off itself. Just recognise that you're anxious, that it's normal and be comfortable with it.

Staying off alcohol and coffee and EAT HIGH CALORIE FOODS is a major!!! At your weight you won't have a problem with this, it'll make you feel good (your body needs food sugars, especially at your body weight - not sugar in its simple form i.e. granulated) Are you eating enough mate? Low blood sugar can make you feel pretty awful. Keep yourself busy too because if you've got time on your hands your mind will run riot.

You need to sort that hernia out.
