Something missing is Peruvian food. I had a meal home cooked by a Peruvian friend, and it was amazing. Also, the various meat pies from the UK look really good but I've never had the chance to try one. I'm hungry now.

Missing pho from Vietnam. It's a noodle soup and it's of my very favorite meals. It really should have been included.

You know I think a hamburger is about perfect for the US. I'm not talking about a Mcdouble or a chilis burger I'm talking about a gourmet badass burger. I mean really what is more universally American than a great Burger? Sure there's better regional food out there but a Burger is pure Americana at it's best.
