We were lucky where I am in the middle of the country - nothing more than a noisy windy night and a few branches scattered round in the morning.

The news reports show that the coastal regions of the south and west got hit far harder though ...

It wasnt too bad. A bit of wind but nothing that the US goes through with their hurricanes.

The media overreacted like usual imo, both before. during and after.
