That some funding comes from Smokefree South West (maybe amongst others) which is/are likely to be tax payer funded. And one of the ladies doing some of the studies (Silvy Peeters i think) has a position with ASH (Action on Smoking and Health) with their now seemingly "Quit or Die" approach now Clive Bates is no longer there and post-smoking ban. And some funding comes from the EU coffers for their studies. I smell a rat!

Let's flip it and look at things from the reverse direction...........
Does their works seem more like serious well balanced studies the objective of which is to reach a yet to be determined conclusion..........or does the work they have produced seem more like propaganda and agenda disguised as science.
The point is regardless of which end of the equation you begin.......I think you will wind up walking the same path..........Thus, legitimate minded research does not handle information the way they do......or...... people who handle information the way they do are generally not doing legitimate researchWhen it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers
