    Winter has finally came.

Well it's official I finally have winter.

Left for work expecting normal 8 hour day and had a guy come plow my driveway after we got a foot of snow. Ends up we have a snow fall warning and I end up working 15 hours. When I get home I see that I still have over a foot of snow in driveway so I ask my wife if the guy even came to plow... Not only did he come and plow at lunch time my brothers came to borrow my snow blower and cleaned my driveway again at around 5 in the evening. every 5 hours another foot of snow and I'm supposed to get 15-30 cm more over night.

I hate winter.... on the plus side it's the time of the year for ordering snus

Can't get it up to 85mph on the bends. I tried but it's a no go (anywhere).

The damn thing just stays there.

            Gotta wait 'till spring.

I was on the ice fishing the day after thanksgiving. Earliest ever but then it had to go and warm up again. I love winter. Just purchased a new hub shelter which should make it better than ever. Hating winter is an exercise in futility if you live somewhere that it happens. Embracing it makes much more sense to me....

Why can't I accept these kind words of true wisdom?

People (my mother God rest her soul) have been telling me this since I was a kid.

once the snow stops coming down a foot at a time I can find winter enjoyable. That being said I'll take fishing on my boat in the summer over fishing on the ice anyday.

Strange weather here. It's 68 F. at midnight. It was freezing a few days ago.

When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

Good grief! Right now it's 73 F. at 4 in the morning, in the middle of a thunder storm in December.
