I just did a bit of research to find out exactly when Juan worked for me. I wanted to know if he committed the murders before or after he worked for me. We had sold a home to the family that owns Rust-O-lium Paints and remember Juan helping us to move when he first started working for me. I had to call the tax acessor to find out what year we sold the estate. According to the calculations Juan worked for me before he committed the crimes. He did the crimes aprox 1 to 2 years after he stopped working for me. Still, I would think the investigators would have contacted me at the time but it was another 9 years before they solved the crime. That's been a question I've been wondering about since they identified the murderers. Now I know....I'll just have to remember it now. He was a very nice person. I wonder why he did such an awful thing. All I know is that he told the investigators that he simply wanted to know what it would be like to kill someone and there was no other reason, tho they did rob the place....after he ate his chicken.
