Frankie, most importantly, how are you doing? Are you on the mend? Are the police taking your assault seriously? Have the culprits been caught? Naturally, I hope the answer is YES!

Earlier in the thread, we mentioned the possibility that Ukraine might voluntarily split apart like Czechoslovakia. Do you and most of you countrymen view that split as a good thing? If you could go back in time would you want to do it over again or do something differently?

It alleges that snipers shot civilians AND policemen. The snipers were thought to be employed by the opposition government.

Bloody Hell ... she just completely denied that was what was said on the news. She said it was a mistranslation! Lying bloody cow!

I don't get any ambiguity from that phone call ... he said he's seen evidence that the guys who are now in power in Ukraine were the ones behind the shootings of both the police and the civilians - and they are blocking an investigation.

Now if that's true then it's a coup ... and a sneaky one at that.

Of course - there's no way of knowing if the evidence he's seen is kosher. It's always a hard game trying to decipher all the propaganda ... but it's made all the more hard if our own politicians are openly lying to us - despite the hard evidence being broadcast worldwide.

Frankie is from Slovakia if I remember correctly. That used to be the eastern half of Czechoslovakia.
