All it takes is the right person/political climate to do something about it. 15 years ago, legalization was a pipe dream, and no threat to federal authority. Now the feds are getting their noses rubbed in it, and that goes against 200 years of consolidating central power. The battle isn't over yet.

      Let freedom ring.

I hope cannabis & gay marriage become permanently legal on a state & federal level.

Let the feds bust down all the meth labs instead of growers. God knows where I live (Kentucky), there are more meth labs than books in the state.

Let's make one thing clear... The only question right now is whether the Federal government will allow Washington to set up a regulated market. That's it.

They cannot force the state to go after people for possession. If the Feds want to come here and start arresting and charging people for mere possession, they could... But it would be a ridiculous waste of resources, and it will only serve to piss off the populace further.

          Double Bubble

          Type Indica-dominant hybrid
          Consumption Method Vaporisation
          Cost* $25 (3,5 grams)
          * I am not selling cannabis. These figures are merely reported prices from random collectives for informational purposes only.

I've had the original Bubblegum plenty of times over the years, but this one is new to me. It's Bubblegum crossed with Double Dutch. The flowers are very fragrant. It smells just like the original Bubblegum, but the aroma is twice as powerful with the unmistakable bubblegum scent. The taste is that of cherry bubblegum. Very sweet, very tasty.

The stone is very mellow and soothing. This is an ideal strain for use at night (or during the day in smaller dosages). The flowers are nice and frosty with creamy pistils.

              They're flowers, not candy..

And it's the plant's magical terpenes that gives it that tasty bubblegum flavor

I love my Arizer. Vaporisers really bring out the flavor. This Double Bubble tastes good smoked, but there's no better way to enjoy your flowers than with a vaporiser.

Pot legalised in Colorado with Governor's proclamation

Marijuana for recreational use became legal in Colorado Monday, when the governor took the procedural step of declaring the voter-approved change part of the state constitution.

                          DENVER —

Marijuana for recreational use became legal in Colorado Monday, when the governor took the procedural step of declaring the voter-approved change part of the state constitution.

Colorado became the second state after Washington to allow pot use without a doctor's recommendation. Both states prohibit public use of the drug, and commercial sales in Colorado and Washington won't be permitted until after regulations are written next year.

Hickenlooper, a Democrat, opposed the measure but had no veto power over the voter-approved amendment to the state constitution. He tweeted his declaration Monday and sent an executive order to reporters by email after the fact. That prevented a countdown to legalization as seen in Washington, where the law's supporters gathered to smoke in public to celebrate.

The law gave Hickenlooper until Jan. 5 to declare marijuana legal. He told reporters Monday he saw no reason to wait and didn't see any point in letting marijuana become legal without his proclamation.

Last Thursday I got drunk with some Russians downtown and took the 358 Aurora express (public bus) home. Some dude was smoking a joint as he was boarding the bus and driver yelled PUT IT OUT!! NOW!! Well that didn't even matter because people were smoking weed ON the bus. Granted, it was the 358 and it was legalization day. Since then I have seen lots of public smoking, and may have even been involved in some of these activities myself. Hey, I was running two minutes late this morning and didn't have time to get chiefed before I went to the bus stop. Its a six minute walk, so what the hell.
