Just like Andy said....we feed our unemployed very well here in the U.S. I made the mistake of stopping by the grocery store a few weeks back to pick up a bottle of wine for dinner.....the date happened to be the 15th.....when IL Food stamps/welfare is sent......it was a madhouse at Jewel and I can imagine MUCH worse over at Walmart. To be fair I believe something like 80% of our overweight/obese come from our southern states and then oddly for some reason Rhode Island.Originally posted by Burnsey View Post

Side Note: While my girlfriend was in Minnesota at the Mall of America I was bored at home and caught a show called my 600 pound life....I believe it was an A&E or TLC...whatever channel hoarders is on probably. It is incredible the rationalizations these people make. The Dr. will say he will perform the stomach staple surgery if they can lose thirty pounds on their own in one month. Then they come back a month later talking about how healthy they have been eating just to see that they actually gained 22 pounds.....caught 3 episodes with the exact same thing happening every time.Comment

High fructose corn syrup. Most American food products contain this garbage sweetener. It's one of the main contributors of obesity in this country (along with plain ol' laisyness).
