lol Andy ... I can see how it's had to let it go if you've been taken in by the latest version of snake oil.

But I would suggest that anyone who's been taken in by it takes a step back, re-evaluates, and gets out ...

Again, the idea is based on 14th century practice. He is not rich off of his Bulletproof wares. He shared this information long before he started selling products. His day job internet security software supports his this venture. He is not or did not get rich of his Bulletproof business.

Squeezy, I thought you said not to make your point but not to personally criticize? Your post above say's otherwise... "Anyone who tells you otherwise is either stupid and gullible, or delusional with an eating disorder.

Also, I did not know you were so fat as you stated above. I think that is good info to know, so that people can consider the source when it comes to health and nutrition and your opinions regarding the matter.

Could you please point me to a meal plan?

His website, Bulletproofexec dot com sure looks like he wants your money. Special beans, oils, K-cups, blenders, even sells a special sleeping mat for only $49.95. I doubt if any of it will hurt you, but he's not doing any of this just to help people.

I had lobster for lunch today, why? I wanted to! Peace!
Boy, a few of you are getting overly worked up about replacing creamer in your coffee with butter and mct oil. I don't live off a cup of buttered coffee. I eat beef, pork, fish and fowl, as well as fruits, vegetables and limited grains. I eat and love bacon. Who said bacon was off the menu? Same with Lobster? I eat both whenever I want. I drink alcohol as well typically a drink or two everyday and more on weekends. I don't eat or eat very little of vegetable or seed oils, gluten, and beans. It is not a diet it is a lifestyle and very easy and satisfying. If you don't like it or don't have have any interest fine..bk the fk off pls.

Geez, this guy sells about 10 or so different specialty items, he is not my guru and I don't follow his diet plan. I like his coffee recipe and I substitute red palm oil for butter since I have dairy allergies, If you want to checkout the diet I follow go to one of these sites... www.perfecthealthdiet.com www.marksdailyapple.com, or www.chriskresser.com

Ok, ok. To each his own. But I do have a pizza recipe available that's guaranteed to make you live ten years longer, or your money back. It's not free though.

Any company that sells products wants your money and if you like the products you can exchange your money for them. It is called a business transaction and is done everyday on the internet and at brick and mortar stores..

First you don't have to use/buy his coffee and second I don't view Starbucks as a premium coffee at all. I expect to pay $14.00-$18.00 for a bag of 120z-16oz premium coffee. I buy from a local roaster $16.50lb, single origin Arabica beans, shade grown. I would only drink Starbucks in a pinch. If I was to buy BP coffee, it would be in 5lbs bags with free shipping which equates to $15.80 per lb.

Yeah...pretty much follow this philosophy and you'll be ok IMO.

The German potato salad i made for dinner with all the bacon fat included in it was fantastic this evening
