While SnusOn carries on with plenty of threads containing lots of "shooting from the hip" opinions about world events and random clippings from the internet. Nobody is really talking about snus apart from the occasional exciting insight in to what's in certain people's mouth!
Meanwhile - some of us die-hard members are wondering why one of our fellow members was banned. We think we know the offending posting ... and agree it was against the new terms of use ... however we all also know why this particular member made the mistake of crossing those rules because he wasn't around when the rules changed and he only came back to say hello to us and didn't re-read the small print. Unless there was some other massive faux-pas on his part that we are unaware of - I think that the consensus is that it was unfair. But since nobody from the mods or admin has bothered to talk about it we are bound to come to the conclusion that they don't care. We might as well be run by robots or a computer program.
I contacted the mods that I knew best a week ago asking what was going on ... but apart from the expected polite reply ... nothing has occurred. I also emailed sgreger1 himself through a now deleted email address he posted. He is nothing but apologetic for his "transgression" ... but frankly he has given up snus and doesn't care too much about the fact he's banned after the initial shock of the event. He's simply a bit sad that he is missing on the chance of chatting with old friends.
I would have expected some clarification on this issue on the forum sooner.
Is there anyone on the forum hierarchy who can stop us suspecting the worst of this place?
