My band's new album

Hello there SnusOn,

I don't think I have too much reason to worry for promoting this here (please don't ban me) ... there's a reason this John is squeezy - and it's got more to do with accordions than how supple I am!

My band's got a new album coming out on Monday - and although I think it's only going to be available on UK iTunes to start with - we've been featured by The Guardian website - and they're streaming the whole album at the moment so you can have a listen to what I've been up to this year.

I'll have to check this out if I can squeezy. Being a lifelong musician (guitar), I like to try and support other musicians and bands. We can't all be big stars, and often it isn't from lack of talent. There are some very good musicians and underground bands around putting out top quality music!!

Actually, as the stream does not work for me, I looked at "the" pirate site. It's been uploaded today... But I did not steal it. I did not want to hurt your feelings. I hope it's nice. Is that your profession? I mean playing folk music.

Yes Frankie - that's what I do ... These days you've got to be realistic about music piracy - it's here to stay! Hopefully if you're good enough - the fact that more people will hear the music outweighs the fact that some people will get it without paying!

But when people buy the albums we're obviously very grateful!
