    Hydrocephalus

Hello. Is there anybody here with direct or indirect experience with this ailment? Internet seems to say it's rather just a nuisance, but local doctors have been warning me to start preparing the kids to the fact they might become motherless in a few weeks.

If you know something like first hand, I would greatly appreciate your replys. Everything medical has been done, she is scheduled to a set of follow up examinations after the disastrous CT next month and an operation if that is found to be possible... I just want to hear from human beings with some experience. I do not expect the same experience like prenatal palsy, epilepsy at 40-, and than this last thing. But partial maybe.

    Frankie. :Beaten-down non-smiley:

Brother, I have no information for you but I am so sorry to hear this news. Hang in there and know you and the family are in our thoughts and prayers
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

Thank you all for the links.

Actually, this was found within a CT results evaluation and I know what the doctor told my wife - that she's very lucky to be alive. I also read up on the Web before starting the thread. I just wondered if anyone had a direct experience, than is all. This might be different. I do not like what the doctor said and I do not believe what's written on the Internet. The symptoms even do not match those described in public Websites.

            Anyway, thank you.
