Violent brawl at Moscow cemetery leaves 3 dead, 23 injured

MOSCOW – A violent brawl Saturday at a Moscow cemetery involving about 200 people in an apparent turf war left three people dead and 23 others hospitalized, police and health officials said.

Those in the brawl fired guns and used shovels, shovel handles, steel bars and baseball bats against their opponents, Russian news reports said.
Two of those who died were hit by a car driven by someone trying to flee the scene, Moscow police spokeswoman Sofia Khotina told the Interfax news agency. She said the three people in the car, who were armed with pistols, were among more than 50 people detained by police.
The city health department said another person also was killed and four of the 23 hospitalized were in serious condition.
Police said the brawl was believed to have been about who controls providing burial services at the sprawling Khovanskoye cemetery in southwest Moscow

Germany creates website to teach Muslims not to rape

Germany has created a website to help "integrate" "migrants" from "certain regions" about "sex education"; or, to put it more directly, to teach Muslims not to rape German women.
Germany’s Federal Center for Health Education has gone live with a sexual education website for adult migrants. Using highly graphic diagrams and images, the $136,000 site outlines everything from first-time sex to how to perform far more advanced sexual acts.
After a rash of sexual assaults allegedly committed by suspects including asylum seekers on New Year’s Eve, the Germans have been on a mission to re-educate migrants, especially males, about sexual norms in the West. In Munich, public pools, for instance, published cartoons warning migrants not to grope women in bikinis.
Are the cartoons in arabic? Could the rape epidemic in arab countries be blunted by airdropping millions of socially conscious comic books?
Also in Bavaria, public money is partially funding sexual education classes including lessons for male migrants on how to correctly approach German women.

San Diego International Airport is sending in clowns from the Fern Street Circus to tickle the passengers’ funny bones, NBC reported.
“They are creating content inspired by the traveler experience, so they will constantly be visible, trying out new ideas and interacting with passengers,” said airport spokesman Jonathan Heller. “We certainly think they will be at the checkpoints often, as people waiting in line are a great audience for them!”

Feds to build separate detention unit for transgender illegal immigrants

Federal immigration authorities plan to build a separate unit for transgender detainees in a new facility under construction in Alvarado, Texas
....
One other facility in Santa Ana, California also has a separate unit for transgender women and gay men.
The Human Rights Watch report notes that transgender women have previously faced violence and been subject to attacks when they were housed alongside men.

Oregon woman touches another woman’s private parts aboard flight from Las Vegas

An Oregon woman touched another woman’s breasts and genitals without her consent on a flight to Portland Sunday night, police said.
Heidi McKinney, 26, was arrested on third-degree sex abuse charges when Alaska Airlines Flight 621 from Las Vegas landed at Portland International Airport, according to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun.
Port of Portland police said McKinney fondled the woman as the aircraft traveled over Oregon. The other passenger told investigators McKinney touched her without her approval.

Killing Harambe the Gorilla to Save a 'White Boy' Was 'Racist' Move According to Outcry

On Saturday a four-year old boy fell into a gorilla enclosure at the Cincinnati Zoo.
Sadly the gorilla, named Harambe, was shot and killed by zoo officials to save the life of the child, sparking outrage on social media.
The most ludicrous of the objections came from those who actually believed the gorilla was killed because of racism.
Conservative author and commentator Mark Dice uncovered some of the most outrageous tweets, including a slew that referred to the child as a “white boy” and one that called the killing an act of “white privilege.”
As Dice pointed out in his video the race of the child was still unknown.

PHOENIX (KPHO/KTVK) - A Phoenix man was arrested after police say he was found in bed naked with an 11-year-old girl early Monday morning.
According to court documents, Anthony Mitchell, 27, met the victim online and talked on a website. She reportedly told him that she was 26 years old.
The victim invited Mitchell to her apartment and police said they had sex.
Officers said the victim's father arrived home and found Mitchell naked in bed with his daughter. She was partially clothed. He restrained Mitchell until officers arrived.
Court documents said Mitchell told officers he thought the girl was 16 years old. Later, he allegedly said he knew the victim wasn't 26 years old but thought she was at least 18 years old.
Mitchell faces two counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of sexual abuse.

Woman Arrested, Accused Of Nearly Biting Off Person's Ear At Remington Park Casino

OKLAHOMA CITY - An altercation at Remington Park Casino on the Fourth of July nearly cost one woman her ear after another woman bit her, according to an Oklahoma City police report.
According to the report police, a woman named Susan Keyer and her husband Charles went to Remington and began to gamble on the slot machines.
Keyer told police she wasn't having much luck at her machine and noticed the woman on the other side of her husband had gotten up leave and didn't leave anything behind, so she switched machines.
Keyer told police she played once, winning $25, but then things took a turn for the worst.
According to the report, the woman, Berdie Jean Fleming, returned to the machine outraged. Police said Fleming began yelling and arguing at Keyer saying the machine was hers.
According to an officer’s description of the surveillance video from inside the casino, Keyer was sitting quietly and calmly during the tirade. Fleming even “pushed and poked” Keyer several times.
Keyer told police she told Fleming to leave and that was when Fleming bit her left ear. The responding officer said in the report the bite went from her ear lobe to above the middle of her ear, only hanging on by “a sliver of skin.”

Nickelodeon, the American cable and satellite TV network aimed at kids and teens, has introduced its first animated “gay married” couple.
Debuting in The Loud House — a cartoon about Lincoln Loud, an 11-year-old boy with 10 sisters — the scene features a friend coming for a stayover with Lincoln.
Lincoln and his chum, Clyde McBride, have been counting down the time to the sleepover, so perhaps that’s why Lincoln announces: “Time to make history!” — before he opens the door to reveal Clyde and his two dads.
Owned by Viacom Media Network, Nickelodeon targets children ages 2 to 17. It has already introduced a lesbian couple in the 2014 online finale of The Legend of Korra.
Focus on the Family issues analyst Jeff Johnston warned in an earlier interview with LifeSiteNews that LGBTQ narratives and depictions of homosexual parents in children’s TV shows and movies inevitably would increase after the Supreme Court legalized “same-sex” marriage in its June 2015 Obergefell decision.

Pink for girls. Truck motifs for boys. A growing number of parents want to get outside those parameters when it comes to dressing their kids.
Kristin Higgins was adamant about not pushing "girly" stereotypes on her daughter, and painted her room in shades of green. Higgins later dressed her up in superhero costumes. But as her daughter got older, it took more work to locate items that broke the mold. For "Star Wars"-themed pajamas, she had to go to the boys' section.
"It's hard to find gender-neutral clothing," said Higgins, 35, of Little Rock, whose daughter is now 6. "I want her to just get up and put on the clothing without thinking of putting on a costume, an identity."

The group NARAL, once known as the National Abortion Rights Action League, went so far as to change its name to NARAL Pro-Choice America so its supporters and allies could avoid saying the a-word.

But there's been a growing push on the left to not only defend abortion as a necessary evil that should be "safe, legal, and rare" but to celebrate it as a positive good. And so on Wednesday evening, Ilyse Hogue, president of NARAL Pro-Choice America, took the stage at the Democratic National Convention and told the story of the time she aborted her first child because it was an inconvenient time to become a parent.
"To succeed in life, all we need are the tools, the trust, and the chance to chart our own path," Hogue said during her DNC speech. "I was fortunate enough to have these things when I found out I was pregnant years ago. I wanted a family, but it was the wrong time. I made the decision that was best for me—to have an abortion and get compassionate care at a clinic in my own community." At this point, applause and cheers could be heard in the crowd. "Now years later, my husband and I are parents to two incredible children," Hogue continued.
Prior to Hogue's speech, the 2016 Democratic convention was already shaping up to be the most pro-abortion political convention ever. The Democratic platform was changed this year to call for the repeal of the Hyde amendment in order to provide unlimited taxpayer-funding of elective abortions for Medicaid recipients. Cecile Richards of Planned Parenthood made the case for that policy in her speech Tuesday night.
And Hillary Clinton's running mate Tim Kaine flip-flopped on the issue of taxpayer-funded abortion at some point in just the last few weeks as he joined the Democratic ticket. That's something Joe Biden, a supporter of the Hyde amendment, never had to do to become Obama's running mate in 2008.
