    Canadian Online Pharmacies??

I use some pricey meds and want to give the online drug stores up North a shot. If you've had a good experience"importing" please let me know.

Check the prices. Sometimes the "Discount Canadian Pharmacies" are more expensive than the ones in the USA!

Make sure what you are getting is the real thing! This is even true in the USA. Check and verify lot numbers with the original manufactures.

Don't just rely on Canada - you can buy anything over the counter from Mexico!

Join (or lurk) forums with people that are in the same boat you are in. Just make sure you have you bullshit filter running,

Do you have a friend that lives in Canada, Mexico or other country that has reliable pharmacies? Lots of times they can get the drugs cheaper than you can through an online source.

IF YOU ACTUALLY PLAN ON GOING TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY TO PURCHASE YOUR DRUGS IT IS VITAL THAT YOU HAVE WRITTEN SCRIPTS FOR THEM! CUSTOMS CAN NAIL YOU TO THE WALL IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SCRIPT! THIS IS IMPORTANT ONLY IF YOU OR SOMEONE ELSE PLANS TO TAKE THEM PHYSICALLY ACROSS THE BORDER. MAIL ORDER IS MUCH, MUCH SAFER.

Have you tried the pharmacy (manufacture) rep route? Some doc's even get free samples from reps that they will be more than happy to give you. I'm on insulin. I get most of my supplies from reps and doc's for free!

One final thought - RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH. Sometimes you can get free drugs if you participate in a clinical trial! I received free chelation therapy for almost two years via a NIH study. Also, don't get suckered into the natural medicine route, I have a degree in Holistic Medicine. Lots of it actually works; however, you need to work with your doc if you choose to go that route. All that crap you see as "natural" differs from person to person. First you need to make sure you are getting the REAL PRODUCT and PROPER DOSE for your condition and follow up with lab work.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks dog.......I took the plunge and ordered from what looks like a winner. The cost is about 40% of the average price U.S pharmacies charge.

I received my order late last week, all good. The meds were bubble packed, the correct amount, etc. The pharmacy double checked the prescription that I had scanned and emailed with a follow-up to the prescriber.....seems responsible. The only questionable thing that I can see is that the packaging said Export from Canada prohibited by [manufacturer]. If anyone is interested in more info PM me.
