They are including all smokeless/oral tobacco with snus in these figures for the usa. Very little snus is consumed in the usa. Its mostly dip, snus is a small portion. The usa doesn't consume anywhere near 1 billion tins of snus when Sweden and norway consume 230 million tins. They twist the words somewhat on their website.
