How do girls generally react to your snus usage? I have yet to find out for myself. By women/girls I mean ones you want to get together with.

My wife actually likes it when I have a triumph mint snus in. She digs the smell. I do take it out of my mouth out of respect for her though.

Now, los kissing? that would be a big ol hunk o nasty.

Yeah I can see that it would be better than smoking. With dipping just as unlikely as snusage here people don't have the negative thing of spitting and stuff with oral tobacco.

I guess I'm just worried they'd find it a massive turn off I guess. Especially with los, but I'm at the stage where I can keep it from getting messy and know exactly when to take it out.

A chick friend of mine snuses, she's hot if I may add.

But besides her, I don't know many. I remember watching this clip from something called "Norway Around" or something, and this young girl, around 20-25 maybe she used to bake a huge pris, General. Made me lol.

I would stick with explaining that it is Snus. If they ask what it Snus? Just tell them it is a nicotine patch for the gums just like the gum.

If you start to explain pasteurized tobacco, Swedish harm reduction or low TSNA, you are going to get a predictable American woman frown and exit.

My wife's pretty happy, especially with my improved health and increased...erhmmmm.....energy level( :shock: ) since switching to snus. She'd rather I was tobacco-free, obviously, but she'll take it over the Camels any day.

I'm a college student and I have both positive and negative reactions from girls. At the bar it is not taken well. Guys are intrigued but thats not exactly what I'm looking for. I find that girls that take it well are more laid back and have smoked or understand nicotine addiction. Overall I'm not, not getting laid because I use snus. :lol:

My girlfriend doesn't really know what to think. :lol: She used to give me a lot of shit about how much I smoked (and at 2 packs a day, I guess I deserved it). She's very happy that I don't smoke anymore, but she's still skeptical about snus, no matter what I say. It's just that stigma associated with oral tobacco, I guess.

She says my breath smells a little like tea, which is better than it smelling like the bottom of an ashtray like it used to... :wink:

Last night I was talking about it with an American female friend and she thinks it's really disgusting and worse than smoking, which depressed me a a little. But I'm heartened by what people have said in this thread.

I can speak for Sweden. I think that women here tends to be quite liberal towards snus-usage.

However, there are certain things you gotta think about.

First. Take it out before kissing

Secondly. Do not use loose snus. It will scare the women away in a blink
