Hello all.
Don't ask me how or why I know this, but www.snusforum.com is available again - but on a read-only basis. You cannot post to it, but you can read the old posts (although, apparently, some old ones have been deleted). For those of us who migrated to here from there, it's probably not a big thing, but the newbies to this forum might find it an interesting read because there were separate categories for different manufacturers of snus, reviews of online vendors, special snus review categories, and for that one cat who was asking, reviews of Montecristo and Romeo y Julieta when they were brand new. It provided me with a lot of information and answers when I made the switch from American dip to snus about 5 or 6 months ago. My story about how I got to know snus is even there under "miscellaneous about snus>>snus vs. american", as well as other good stories and reviews.
There have been a few times on this forum when a question comes up from a person new to snus. I read the question and think, "You know, this reply has already been written. I don't really feel like writing it again." Well, now there's a remedy for that. Check it out! It was good while it lasted.
That site had its pros: it was nicely organized and new discussion strings were neatly filed under an appropriate heading. New headings could not be added. On this site, however, you sometimes get repeat headings, but that's not all bad because there's this stream-of-consciousness to the whole thing that I have grown to really like. Anywho, cheers, snuson.com. Keep on snussing on! And please don't get shut down...
