Anyone getting a raise this year?

Yeah, I've been an STS3 for a little over a year now, I just took my first exam for STS2, and I missed advancement by about 3 points (despite testing in the 95th percentile...). Hopefully I'll advance on this next test in March.

Are you on a 4, 5, or 6 year hitch? I'm on a 5er, but I'm thinking about reenlisting when I make second.

That sucks man... I'm testing come spring, hope they have plenty to give away lol Last year it was almost 49% in my career! Year before that was pretty high, I'm afraid this year it might drop significantly...

I'm a 6er, and thinking about reenlisting too. Though I'm also thinking about becoming an officer, or at least crosstraining, so time will tell (and there is a lot left lol).
