Need a referral

Anybody able to point me to a top notch cigar and a shop on-line so I can say thank you to a cigar aficionado? I am in Germany and the recipient is in the states. IE. Drop ship legal stuff and reship Cuban stuff from here. I did not just write that if anyone is listening. :-)
