I shit my pants today

not sure if this qualifies but here goes.........

Since I'm running low on the coff/vanilla I have been trying to use the chrome coffee every once in a while. Its too much nic for my heart so maybe I use a portion a day, during the middle of the day. So today I did a few chores and I was laying down and resting. I put in a chrome portion and about 5 to 10 minutes later I just about tossed my cookies. I got lucky in that department and didn't vomit but I felt awfull. If I had food in me then I certainly would have lost it all. Unfortunately tho.......that urge fell from my stomach and into my bowels. It was time to run. And I mean RUN to the toilet. I made it to location just in time. But not before squirting a tad in my pants. So yes, I shit my pants today.

Hold the laffing for a bit. I had an operation in that area a few years ago and I have very little muscle left to keep things in place as it is. So when I have to go....I have to go. Now you can LYAO.

No more chrome coffee for me for a while.

I don't get why the high nic is so important. I say 4 varaities for people who are quiting smoking and that's it. All these great flavors out now and the all high powered. 8 mgs with a pinch of snuff does me just fine.

I save PP the embarrassment, I had an Oden's Extreme today, the IBS kicked in after 15 minutes, used a whole roll of bog roll too! Thank God for the aloe vera coated stuff! Kind of took me back to when I had dysentery!

Oh dear god thanks for sharing that! I gotta have that image in my head now! Stay away from those coffee starks bud, I have had some serious bad heart farts after having one of them, they seem to kick hard and fast.

I was sitting on the bog today browsing snuson. I'd just finished my business when I heard a very loud and deep buzzing come from the window - couldn't see the bugger but it was after me, so up I got and with trousers and pants around my ankles (pre wipe) fled the toilet area with this bloody thing in chase, still couldn't see it. Began running down the stairs, still with trousers and pants around ankles - and there it was. Landed on the door was a bloody great big hornet. More comedy moments ensued between the hornet and one of my kids story books.....things were even more interesting when the thing got pissed about me trying to kill it.
All ended well when the hornet got deceased and my bottom was eventually wiped. Would have made a great vid.
