    ebay

So I typed in snus on ebay and there's all these people selling their empty Camel Snus tins. WTF?

I especially like the one selling 12 of them empty with the words "brand new" in the description. :?:

Most likely the tins are full. It's a way to get around the eBay rules restricting the sale of tobacco. If you list them as empty, then they are empty, except that they're full. I learned about this when I was into pipe tobacco and people were selling tins through eBay. It's a secret, so don't tell anybody.
