I think we can safely assume it is a joke. Yes, there are really stupid people out there, but this one hits EVERY stupid part. Not possible for someone to be that stupid, they would be dead LONG before they reproduced. Darwin was cool that way. :wink:

I'm too lazy to read or investigate it all, but it looks like a well done example of fictitious idiocy.

The same author could write an essay, why snus should be banned. I'm sure the EU-commission would turn it into a new directive without changing a single letter. The only excuse is, that till now the most powerful people in Europe are not democratically elected. It hopefully will change when the EU gets democratic structures at last... but maybe that hope is another idiocy.
