I layed down to relax a little last night with a little pris of Phantom Classic Blue in. I was just planning on closing my eyes for a few minutes and woke up at 4 in the morning with what was left of my pris still in place and remembering some very vivid dreams. I'm just surprised I didn't drool a river of mud all over the couch :lol: .

Snus sleep a couple times a week.

Makes a pretty furry tongue in the morning.

I get vivid dreams doing it.

I take ambien though most nights. I hate it. I can't sleep without it now. When I do manage to fall asleep without it is when I REALLY have vivid dreams, with or without snus.

I think I don't get a "real" sleep on ambien. Like I don't hit delta. Don't REM properly. A very mechanical process that leaves me hollow.

When I can sleep two nights in a row on my own I feel so damned refreshed. My brain works better, and my mood is better. If any of you ever need help sleeping don't turn to ambien..

I'm thinking of toughing out the relapse insomnia and cutting back on snus after dinner. My brain feels sizzled lately. I gave up "drinking" a couple weeks ago hoping that would help by headaches and insomnia. I usually crack a beer at night and nurse it til it gets warm.

I've been having more and more snus lately and falling asleep with one in more often. I over did it on all the strong varieties and am having trouble getting my fix in the morning without having a cigarette to jack my nic levels now.

almost forgot...did it both nights since this post..yea it was pretty cool...one was awesome...most people would consider it a nightmare...but it was neat...

first one just boring...got stcuk in the desert and found an underground tunnel...thats about it


2nd night...wow...got thrown into a dark pit...woke up weak...tried to get up but couldnt move...felt like a weight was placed on my soul...went down a tunnel and saw a large pit with light coming from walked over and looked down...a large fire was in the middle and there were people in it...climbed down and saw it was surrounded by big giant ass warrior beasts...then it got dark and i was in a cave...found a door walked through it and ended up in a room full of grave stones...and voices..woke up ....yea it was weird

ZMA pills are good. Every time you walk through a doorway ask yourself "am i dreaming?" you will ask yourself the same thing during your dreams and realize then it justs takes some extra concentration to control them

I've been having some pretty warped dreams lately.

Every night, I am always right about to get laid then zombies show uyp and we have to run away and/or kill them.

As odd as it sounds, I think these dreams are stemming from the fact that I havent been able to orgasm in over a month since switching to a new anti-anxiety med.

Any shrinks reading these forums able to confirm my dream analysis?

look at it this way... at least you aren't ditching the girl to screw the zombies... that would be an ENTIRELY different story

Exactly. Anything that you can prompt yourself to think about at regular intervals will work. Gets you in the habit of questioning your reality, so eventually when you find yourself in a dream you will become "lucid" by default as eventually you will prompt yourself to question if you are in a dream or not.

Dreamed last night I snuck up behind a co-worker and slashed his throat, could smell the blood in my dream, and even taste it a little bit as I hit an artery and things got messy. Can't say I really have any animosity towards this guy, so I'm a bit puzzled...not to mention concerned on the meaning of this dream. Perhaps I've been watching too many late night horror movies lately.
