No, I do not think that would be conductive to my continued wellbeing at the moment. As an atheist, I enjoy being alive. This may come across as being somewhat paranoid but, in my line of work, we tend to recognize the inherent fragility of our own physical bodies...

Good for you. I would have hoped that this would have stopped you from degrading your own people, but apparently it has not.

Another interesting point: both homosexuals and Communists are persecuted groups within the American Empire.

I myself am heterosexual. Yet I was and continue to be one of the more vocal opponents of California's Proposition 8. Given that I go out of my way to fight for YOUR rights, it is interesting that you are willing to treat another minority group with so much hate. You disappoint me.

Man, it's people like you who I DON'T want speaking on my behalf. Go spend a night in a gay bar and tell me how many times you hear the word fag

There are no laws preventing communists from marrying one another or in many ways restricting them from joining the military in recent past. I'm sure you will correct me if I'm wrong on that. Honestly you don't qualify to be considered in the same minority class as homosexuals.

Also telling another minority how they are to refer to themselves and whether or not it is considered offensive to others of their grouping is actually quite offensive in and of it self to deem oneself so high and mighty as to be able to do that don't you think?

I use "20,000,000" because this is the most common figure quoted in the Western world.

So what is the true figure? That is a hard question to answer. I have done some research on my own, and I estimate the number to be around 250,000. This includes all convicted criminals rightfully executed during Stalin's rule.

Of course, this number tends to get many objections, chief among them being "denial" of historical facts - as you have seen, my critics treat me in the same manner as they would the Holocaust-denying lowlifes.

This is irrational. The Holocaust is a very well-documented historical event which undoubtedly (and regrettably) DID occur. The 20,000,000 figure, on the other hand, is a figment of one man's imagination. Do you know who this man was?

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I am assuming this one man is listed under the Stalin section under one of the books:

                      http://users.erols.com/mwhite28/warstat1.htm

Can you clarify which one so I know which figure not to use?

True, it may seem that the law is on our side. But do you really suppose that this is a nation of laws? In a large northern city, do you suppose that it is easier to find gainful employment when one is openly homosexual or when one is openly Communist?

                          That was a unilateral contract.

I have completed the requested task (and apparently became "officially gay" in the process).

Given that your offer was not withdrawn before either completion OR substantial performance, you are now contractually obligated to accept me as your "voice on prop 8."

I think he has, but skillfully under a different thread. Faust is in the bus sitting in the first row across from the driver.

Incidentally, when citing cases, we use "v." rather than "vs."

                              Hence, the topic should be:

                              "The People v. Judge Faust"

EDIT: ...and this is assuming that you live in one of the jurisdictions employing this tactic (ex: California). Of course, if you want to expand your scope beyond a single state, you will need to use the federal system:

                              "United States v. Judge Faust"
