How do you guys start your days food-wise? Do you even eat a breakfast? Cereal? Full English with all the trimmings? When I smoked I never ate one, but have learnt to now. Plus I need to lose weight, and it's a very good way to start your metabolism. I myself eat a bowl of All Bran with soy milk sprinkled with nuts and dried fruit, then a probiotic yoghurt. Then it's on to the first snus of the day
