I prefer to have a Slavic breakfast. None of that industrial shit you people call "food," thank you very much.

Some organic potatoes (sliced very thin), an organic egg, organic mushrooms, all fried in a bit of virgin cold-pressed olive oil. Good stuff.

During the week, I will usually have a bowl of muesli, 1/2 cup of organic wild Boreal Forest Canadian blueberries, a big cup of green tea and some whole wheat toast smeared with natural organic peanut butter (good unsaturated oils, no trans fat). Sometimes I will have a bowl of plain greek yogurt instead of the blueberries, but never together. Anti-oxidants and dairy product don't mix.

After breakfast, Skruf Stark all the way baby.

          Weekends:
McDonalds hangover helper. Steak egg and cheese bagel, hash browns, and a cold coke. Combine that with snus and I'm in heaven. (Hey, you gotta live once in a while). I usually hit the gym after eating that.

When I used to have to be into work at 9am I would pick up a potato, egg, and cheese burrito on the way in. For the last 6 months I’ve had to get to work by 4am so breakfast is now a Rockstar Zero Carb and the strongest snus I have in the house.
