Back's fine. lots of chiropractor visits. back to being able to put my own socks and shoes on and playing golf. lots of exercises for the back now too



I just had to place a big order cause I realized all i had left was a can of RyJ, some nordstrommens flovored, some thunder mint, and a skruf stark. I stocked up and quit ordering for a bit....
