As of late, a very controversial subject. It's almost like you can't watch a sports show without mention of it.
The most recent case: Sammy Sosa circa 2003

Personally I feel that ball players should have the freedoms to take steroids, it's not just part of the game's culture it's been proven that when done right, can have incredible effects on performance. More effort should be put into the proper and correct usage of HGH and other performance enhancing drugs instead of trying to investigate "cheaters." There's no stopping doping in professional sports, they play for money, whatever it takes to get ahead is fine in my books.
We all know steroids are mostly a mental game, you know, if you think you'll play better, you will, kind of thing.
Do you think players caught red handed in the banned substance game should be banned from the MLB? Or is it okay for players like Giambi who whole heartedly admitted their guilt, to continue playing with a tarnished record?
