For those who don't watch Sunday news...Billy Mays, pitchmen, died this morning. He was a highly energetic guy who just started a new show with Discovery channel. Here is a link...

this kind of blew me away. there were times when he would come on the tv late at nite and his voice would irritate me to no end, would make me change the channel. but i was saddened to hear of this.

Yeah, his voice was annoying as hell, but it sucks to hear about this. I feel bad for his family; these are his son's twitter posts...

Yes, his voice was extremely irritating, and more than once I've been tempted to shoot the television, but he was a good man just trying to make a living the best way he knew how. I feel for his family and their loss.

If any one of these pitchmen had to die young, why couldn't it have been the ShamWow guy? He makes Billy look like a legitimate salesman.

What's really scary is that a lot of the famous people dropping this year have been relatively middle-aged.

Heh, his pallbearers all wore his signature blue shirt; a true tribute.
