Yes, that "odd" you speak of is the typical reaction of brand new snusers. Go back in two weeks, it will taste much different (and better).

You really do just need to give your body about a week to ten days to adjust to the salt. Once it does, you will start to really taste the snus as it is.

Well, on the block today were the least tobacco tasting Snus I've purchased. The General Mini-mint and the general wintergreen.

The mini-mint was great. I met my girlfriend for lunch and she complimented on how fresh my breath was lol. I think it's a winner, I just wish they made it in large size pouches because I'd make this a work regular.

The wintergreen was ok. My background was Grizzly Wintergreen, so I had high hopes for this being the replacement. It was ok. The wintergreen flavor wasn't very strong, but it's passable. It was just different. The sad part is I really love wintergreen, so I guess I'll have to try some of the other wintergreen's out there. Any suggestions?

I think I'll try the Oden's tomorrow. I expect it to be a kick in the butt.

Please understand, I am guessing that covetousjew recently suffered some type of brain trauma as he continues to Spam snuson with his posts extolling how wonderful level is. Wink

It's NOT. Most all of us who have been here a long time will all agree that it is the WORST snus made, tastes worse than dirt.

covetousjew likes level. And that is OK, we all have our strange quirks. But please remember, Level is often quoted by *most* as the worst snus they ever had.

I mean, I love that you are excited about level, even if I do worry about how much brain damage must have resulted when you fell.
