Somebody may one day be able to implement some Kung Fu into their game, but nobody will get too far on Kung Fu alone. Look at Lyoto Machida. He is the only person that effectively incorporates Karate into MMA fights, but to be able to do that, he must also rely on many other facets of fighting.

The days of one guy specializing in one thing and being successful are long gone. You'll still have people who excel at one area over the other, but everybody has to be well rounded these days.

Well depends if you're trained in some random karate-training place, lets take a japanese karate fighter (Don't remember whats the HC karate-style name) and it can easily break ye bones. So you can do it with 1 skill, and very good boxer could easily do it too after I've watched UFC events. Depends on the opponent too how good is he aswell.

The current LHW Champ Lyoto Machida's style is rooted in Karate. He uses it mainly to elude his opponents, and avoid taking damage. His stance completely throws off his opponents, and he just goes in and kicks their ass...

Dana White said that he is going to make Brock-Fedor happen. I would love to see this fight, even though I think Fedor will destroy Brock...

I have this idea I think would be good for a "real" pro-wreslting, where you have a list of moves, each with their own number of points, and in the alloted time, the goal would be to apply as many moves to each other, and the winner would have the most points earned.
