I have two dogs. One has been somewhat adopted by my parents. He is a boxer/lab mix named Tank. Full brindle coat, 110LB of sugar. He is a sweetheart, but was an abused rescue. Very sketchy around loud noise. He isnt "bite your face off" sketchy, more like "sit in the corner and shake and drool" sketchy. So he stays at my folks place now where it is nice and quiet. I live right next to a military airfield. I am moving to a quieter neighborhood in about 10 days, but they have pretty much told me that they are keeping him. I dont mind really. He is happy there with their dog (a pitt/bloodhound mix) and they only live about 20-30 miles away so I go take him to the park often.

My second dog that I just adopted from my current roommates is a pitt/american bulldog mix. I wanted it to be a boy so I could name him Dozer (per the matrix charictors Tank & Dozer). But, alas, it is a girl. Her name was Dixie when the roommates bought her as a puppy. They renamed her to Pixie (lame if i might say so myself). I have retrained her to respond to Doja. I mean hey... If i cant name her Dozer, I can surely giver her a more feminine sounding name that holds close to my Tank/Dozer naming convention

Will post pics of the 2 when I get home.

Can't wait to see the pics Xobe! My little girl Minuet is the queen of the house. I dunno if she thinks she's human or we're dogs?? She is a wonderful watch dog! No one gets near my house without us knowing. My Pit, Trag is dumb as a hammer! Took me two months everyday just to teach him to sit! He's big ole teddybear, smile at him and he's slobber and wagging tail! He does have one bad habit he hates cats worse than any dog I've ever had! He turns into Godzilla at the site of a cat! Just cats, he loves all other animals from rabbits to my little Minuet?? Don't understand it, but I can't take him anywhere because of it & I keep a breaker stick handy! I keep him chained but I run him on the farm daily!

Interesting that you say that. Tank is great with any person, animal, whatever. Doja, however, is great with people and other animals of all sorts. Then she sees a cat and it's all over! (thankfully she is nowhere near as muscular as your boy (yet), but the more I run her, I can see her bulking up daily. She is still under a year old and I do not think her breed mix will make her huge. im thinkin maybe 50-60lbs once fully matured. She just had her first heat, so it is time to get the baby factory shut down.

Yup! Spaying will add some bulk but really doesn't change her personality not like males anyway!! This crazy pit I got broke his chain a few weeks ago and I looked across the pasture and he was running Bulls jumping shoulder high chasing them! He was having a blast!! He wasn't agressive just running them!! I hook his butt to a 4-wheeler & we run thru the woods! he loves it!!

That sounds like my boy Tank. Now and again i take him to the field to run and he vanishes. A few mins later he re-emerges herding a doe or a buck out of the woods.

Supposed to be made for "lock-jaw" breeds like ours. Could be amusing

He is 110lbs of pure cane sugar. Loves everyone. Only time he ever got aggressive was when some ghetto-trash brought his fighting pitt to the park and it tried to attack me. Tank floored it and kept it pinned until the owner put it back on a leash. Tank went back to swimming in the bay and playing with all the other dogs like nothing. Unfortunately, not too long after that he got attacked by another dog and is a lot more cautious around dogs that I dont "introduce" him to.
