Yeah, my friends are kinda hardcore. Hopefully next time we can party up and you'll be on my team. I wouldn't worry about the map pack, the new maps suck anyways. You def need to get a mic though.

left 4 dead is awesome. it along with cod4 and team fortress 2 are the only online multiplayer shooters ive been able to get into. left 4 dead 2 in novembers going to be epic shit. shoot me a friend request, next time i go online ill add you, gamertags jichaelmaxon. i only go on live once in a while lately since we got at&t wifi, and im not dropping 100 bucks on a microsoft 360 wifi adaptor, so ive just been tethering it with my laptop, its kinda slow, and usually im playing fallout anyway so i dont bother getting on live.

i just decided yesterday to preorder the special edition batman arkham asylum. 100 bucks is more than id like to spend on anything right now, but god damn the people at gamestop really sold me on it. the exclusive joker maps, the leather bound arkham doctors journal, and the 14 inch batarang. had to have it. hopefully though i dont regret preordering it. so far the only preordered games ive been happy with are fallout 3 and the orange box. i got all excited about assassins creed and star wars the force unleashed and traded them both in within a week. great games but i shouldve just rented them. games like that i have no interest in playing through again. at the very least if i end up trading it in, i got a batarang out of the deal. sigh.

also; just got into point lookout in fallout 3. its pretty sweet to anyone who plays fallout and hasnt gotten the 4 downloads so far, i highly recommend them, theyve all been pretty worthwhile. theres a really crazy hallucination part in point lookout that ****s with your head. its pretty twisted.

the first thing I'm gonna do when I get back to college is go on a download binge for Fallout and Oblivion. With their bandwidth, it'll take me all day to get everything I want, but it'll be worth it!

I just hardlined mine up to my cable modem, no reason to drop 100 on the wireless reciever, just pay 20 bucks for the extra cable line, also probably want to get a RJ45 to RJ45 connector so you can hook it up to one that is running on a computer or something.

However, by rereading your post I realized that your using wifi. Try setting your router up closer to your laptop to get better connection, or just straight up buy another router and use it as a repeater. Plug a cable into the new router in a port other than your modem port and you should be set.
