Hey, any strategy fans need to check out RUSE for xbox or ps3. Its a rts game but is not the typical "build up large force and brute force your enemy". Its a very unique interface, you can intercept enemy communications, make decoy armies etc. Timing is everything and it is just really well made. It requires a lot of thinking and is a whole new generation of RTS game.
I really am enjoying this game, there is no other like it.
Also, anyone planning on getting duke nuke, forever? After like 10 years im glad someone finally decided to finish the game lol. I loved the orriginal duke nukem 3d.

Hey, i've been doing a lot of gaming on ipad/iphone platform lately, and if anyone else noticed that the itunes store is impossible to navigate and find out what's good, here's a list of some of my fav's I been playing.
Strategy & RTS:
Highborn HD: The second best turn based strategy game on ipad
Civilization: Revolution: The best turn based strategy game on ipad
Sim City Delux
The settlers: A really detailed resource management RTS set in the middle ages
Adventure:
The secret of Monkey Island
The secret of Monkey Island 2: Lechucks revenge
Broken Sword HD: Another point and click adventure game similar to monkey island
3d stuff:
Grand Theft Auto: China Town Wars
Gangstar (GTA port, 3rd person like GTA 4)
Random fun games to play that are simple:
Tesla wars (really addictive, click to zap stick figures)
Hm2 HD (A mech warrior game)
Midieval
I dig it 2: really REALLY fun mining/digging game
Plants Vs. Zombies
Angry Birds
Osmosis
Sparkle
Classics:
Duke Nukem 3d (a full port of the original!)
Doom 2
And anyone with an ipad needs to download "Epic Citadel". It's free and is not a game, but rather a "game" with only the ability to navigate around this big mideval city. The point is to show off the new Unreal game engine for IOS. The graphics are AMAZING. Almost xbox quality, the "citadel" looks like Oblivion on Xbox, no joke. I had no idea an ipad could pull of graphics like this with such a high frame rate and easy controls. I can't wait for developers to start making games with this, it is going to make the ipad the best portable gaming device of all time.

Well recently I've completed Oblivion+Shivering Isles. Took like 40h of gameplay to finish both stories.
Tried Dead Rising 2 yesterday. Lots and LOTS of zombies. I really like the way you can craft combo weapons, the only problem with the game is the saving feature..You'll hate it when you play it.

I use to play WoW all the time. I started to absolutely hate raiding because I hate dealing with all of the children in guilds. Why should I play a video game that should have been fun but became almost a job because I had to be on at a certain time and I had to get a certain DPS or suffer consequences. Really? Consequences in a video game? I moved on to doing arena PvP but have not completely stopped.
Best games I have ever played are PS3 Uncharted and Uncharted 2. I am not much of a console gamer but after playing Uncharted and getting a 50" plasma I had to get a blue ray player, so the PS3 was there a week after the TV. I love blue ray on a plasma. I was surprised at how much better the plasma looks with blue ray than the supposed "better" LED technology.
But I still do a lot of PC gaming. COD is my new staple after giving up WoW. I also like anything WWII. Company of heroes and Brothers in Arms are two of my favourites. Most any war games that are not futuristic, I hate fantasy futuristic games, WoW was the only one I ever got into.

I still play WoW myself but also tire of the kids. I have since decided it's much more fun just to play with myself
Edit: uh... the game I mean lol

Anyone with an iphone who like OBlivion or RPG's in general nees to check out :Ravensword
It's a 3d 3rd person RPG that is a lot like oblivion. Can be first person or 3rd person, amazing graphics considering what device it's on, and is really fun to play. Huge open world to explore.
And for 1st person shooter types, check out: N.O.V.A.
It's amazingly smooth with an exceptionally high frame rate, and near xbox graphics. Controlls are easy and interface is beautifull. I am absolutely AMAZED that this kind of gaming can be done on a phone. Makes DS and other handhelds obsolete.

Fox News asks the EA president if the video game NBA Jam if it's really "bipartisan" because the unlockable Obama character has better player stats than McCain or Palin
7 days left till Fallout:New Vegas. Expect radio silence from me for about a month after that, or perhaps only half-finished sentences (presumably because I had to go play it more)
I havnt played xbox in over a month, all the new games suck. Soon i will get medal of honor and fallout 4, it's gonna be sweeeet!
