I play guitar and bass, and can usually get by on drums, and somewhat on keyboard. I play in a metal band. Our CD will be ready for release soon. The band site is myspace.com/themightyastrum I play/do everything but drums on 2 of the 3 songs posted, our new guitarist plays on the first one. I also wrote all the songs, except the cover song we did. I now am doing vocals and bass, as my part. Plus I write the stuff. Another member did some of the lyrics.

I'm not very good at music, but I've at least halfway seriously played guitar, harmonica, penny whistle, and bagpipes. I never kept with it because I'm not cut out to play music :^D

I'm unstoppable at Rock Band, drumming and guitar

I've dabbled with a real guitar for years off and on. I've never gotten that good at it, but I can play a few things pretty well.

I played the clarinet as a kid, all the way through highs school. But haven't picked it up in 24 years.

i used to play guitar and bass. neither of them i really excelled at and i kind of lost interest in playing music when i sold my flying v to pay some fines, and then left my fender stack at my old buddys house, sinking into depression will have that effect. then i had a son, and i work a lot, so i dont really have time for music, and if i did i still probably wouldnt make time for it. im not proud of it, im actually pretty ashamed that i stopped playing, which keeps me from starting back up again. ive been in several bands over the course of my teen years. i was in a street punk band around 15-16 called midnight ogre, we played a ton of shows and it was a blast, maybe the best time of my life. released a free cd cause we were so punk rock. then i was in a skatecore band called dogpile when i started to take up bass. i actually preferred bass because i kind of didnt feel as pressured for whatever reason. its just all about grooving. i then joined an already established band called six pack attack, we played more of a punk inspired by classic rock. that was pretty fun. the last band i was in was a pretty experimental bluesy metal band we dubbed thunderskunk. all we really did was get high and jam. i quit before anything real became of the band. that band i wasnt really into because we never found a way to put vocals to the grooved out music we created.

all in all my foray into playing music was a joke.

I tinkered with bass guitar. Taught myself jaw harp (not like its that hard  ) and made a serious go at highland bagpipes. I was good, but practicing was a hassle for a 15 year old kid and the pipes I had needed a lot of expensive work done on the them (they were hand-me-downs). Plus pipes weren't the "hip" thing to play, so I just kinda let it go. Now that I'm in college, I know taking the pipes up again will have to wait for a time when I won't annoy the hell out of students in the dorms.
I made a promise to myself that I would take it up again. I've retained enough knowledge that I could teach myself songs, but the aid of an experienced piper would be golden.

I play bass....although I think it would be more accurate to say that I *used* to play bass, since I haven't touched mine in over a year. I have a Washburn XB-400 and a G&L L1000 that is in pieces. I can play both guitar and drums as well, but it's nothing really more than messing around.

I was in several bands in the navy; it was fun, but it never got as serious as I wanted it to. These days, I just don't have the time or the room for the equipment.

It's great to be among such talented musicians when the only instrument I can play is the skin flute :P

Sorry, the  made me say it

Mountain Dulcimer, Hammered Dulcimer, and from time to time an EWI4000s.

I just play for my own fun.....

Bass and jaw harp. I suck at guitar. It's too hard. I want an upright bass.
