I'm pissed cuz my air bed popped last night at 1am. I got a grand total of 2 hours of sleep last night, between blowing it up (manually, no pump) to make my pregnant wife more comfortable, and trying to get some sleep myself. The chainsnusing and 10 cups of tea I've had since I got up at 5AM are the only things keeping me awake at the moment, and I still have to go the the damned store to get another mattress and find my buddy to get some more herb (ran out 2 days ago). :evil:

I am pissed because I have been on the Atkins diet for a week and the ketostik says I am in ketosis but I haven't lost nearly as much weight as my husband. Yeah he is dieting with me, but another thing I am pissed about is it was his idea and he EXPECTED me to diet with him. After all the diets I have done w/o support and now I have to support him, wtf?!

So I am mad, 6lbs down but not enough to see and he has lost 15lbs in 6 days(I am sure it is water weight but still).

If you have lost 6lbs in a week, that's not bad at all. Also is depends how much you have to lose, as bigger people will lose faster, and men generally lose faster than women too. Keep with it though, I know it's hard, I've yet to succeed in losing weight sustainably.

We weighed the same when we started and I knew he would lose faster than me, but it is frustrating when you know you are following to the tee on a diet.

Another thing I am mad about is my back and neck hurt. I have had the TENS unit attached to me for 2 days now and I still can't turn my head to the left.
