Being asomewhat "bigwig" at work, let me share a bit of advice with yas 
First off, don't let that women get to you. I know that's a hard thing to do, but a stressfull situation like that works off a kinda feedback vibe. Once it starts, it's hard to get it to stop.
Second, I always remember this about folks around me, no matter what leve they are in any organization..... They shit and wipe their asses just like everyone else. For some reason it helps to remember that everyone is a human.
Thirdly, unfortunatley some people get a kick out of being in charge and they thrive off the stress they create in others. Make the choice to not participate in it and you'll be surprised how easy it is once you make up your mind.
