ok so at work today, i found 2 things people left in the restaurant. first was a bottle of wine, and the second was a checkbook that i actually found on thursday and left in the safe thinking the woman would come back and get it, come to find out its still there, and as im looking through it, i see theres $105.00 in cash tucked inside, so i like white paged the lady and called her and she came in and got it, but i felt so proud of my good deed, that i went ahead and took the wine and am now drinking it.

i am merely human. temptation abounds.

At least you gave the lady her check book. When it comes to the wine, hell, the patrons probably don't even remember! I wouldn't feel bad about keeping the wine.

yeah. its good wine too. im almost done with the bottle and im pretty hammered. they scratched off the price tag though which makes me think it was a gift, sort of eats at my conscience a bit. but i mean, i dont think it was 100 dollars, and thus my karma still comes out slightly in the positive.
