Why could we have not landed on the moon? Was 1969 still too early for the technology? Do we not have a space station in orbit? Could we not, if we wanted to escape the earth's orbit, land on the moon? Arghhh.

On a different note, IMO, the second Bush wanted to invade Iraq before 911. What were the reasons again, the possibility of Iraq having weapons of mass destruction? It seems like a bunch of BS to me. The war in Iraq was started after 911 but not because Iraq was even part of 911. Saddam was our friend, even met with Rumsfeld as our ally against Iran. Shall we take out all dictators since we are the policeman of the world? If there were WOMD could we not have Israel bomb the hell out of them like they did Iraq in 1981?

The shuttle, as well as the space station is only about 200 miles up, and can't go further due to the intense radiation. The moon is like 250,000 miles away.

honestly i get that no one wants to be the guy that believes our government planned 9/11, but it is the only thing that sounds likely to me. i mean NONE of the blackboxes were found? seriously? that doesnt happen. and the no plane at the pentagon thing is pretty obvious. i mean, if they didnt plan it, who did? terrorists? i just dont see it.

So I actually find the title of this thread amusing. I am paraphrasing but I believe it says "Bush planned Iraq war BEFORE 9/11." I would have to say that his is 100% TRUE! But to every single conspiricy theory about how 9/11 occured TO go to war is 100% False. May I take a moment of your time to consider an alternate reality set not to far in the future. Lets say a month from now a bomb goes off in a major u.s. city. Lets also say that the bombers were all AGAIN from Afghanistan but this time it comes out that all the financial backing was from Iran. Now we must consider this possibility....Sitting in some file, in some room, in some building(much like Arlo Guthries fingerprints) is perhaps a study, in black and white, of an invansion/war plan against Iran. Is it not just a feasable for us to have War plans against...N Korea/Russia/Any and all other countries that have flexed the muscle in our general direction in the past decade? So again back to our alternative reality. We attack Iran. And about 7 years later it comes out from some FBI informant that we had an attack plan all along. OMG SHOCKER!!!!!

Curious about this. What past astronauts claim that we never went to the moon? I looked into the moon thing at one point and don't recall ever seeing this.


Do you have a site I could read up on it on? It just seems like it would be way to elaborate to pull off, although could be possible.
