The last two did feel rushed. My favorite of the series was The Drawing Of The Three.

I think I only read the first three. I've read most of King's library and I love 'em all. Welcome WeaponX. Love the name. By the way, if you need more General Wintergreen, I have an unopened can and I can't stand the stuff. PM me if you want to trade for something. Check out the snus exchange over in Stores and Online Shops. I'm sure a lot of us would want to get rid of all the extra Wintergreen that Getsnus.com keeps giving us.

I think the books get weaker because Stephen King is the type of author that needs to get an idea out of his system immediately instead of drawing it out. So a big series was problematic for him.
However, you have to at least read up to and including Blaine. Blaine is a pain, but one hell of a train.
