My favorite response to the hardcore gun control liberals statement: Hey man, guns kill people.
        Me: Exactly
Q:What do you need a bayonet for? That's disgusting!
A:Why waste a round when they're on the ground and defenseless? People know you mean business when you have a bayonet.

Q:Why would you EVER need a gun that shoot someone accurately from 500 yards?
A:That's a rifle, and I'd rather hit them before they can hit me. Preemptive strike, anyone?

Q:If you really need to kill someone in self-defense, why don't you just man up and use a knife?
        A:Umm, we discussed this already...bayonet...

Q:Why would you ever need a thirty round banana clip?
        A:Accuracy by volume...

        Statement:Sawed off shotguns are inhuman
Retort: Exactly, that's why they scare people out of my house.

You can call us many things: psychos, rednecks, lunatics...but when the zombie apocalypse comes, there will be one word for us: survivors.

If guns were banned, only the legal law abiding citizens would be gunless. The crims don't legally buy their guns, and would not give them up. You have to be 21 to purchase a pistol, yet all these thug gang killing are by under 21 year olds that bought their guns, or stole them, illegally. And repeat felons and people on probation and such that commit armed robbery and murder arn't supposed to even have guns. Gun laws only seek to disarm the legal lawful citizen. But we should have uber-strict harsh laws for crims with illegal gun possession, like 5 year hard labor camp, or immediate firing squad if shooting someone or using a gun in a robbery or assault.

Haha, we used to call this "recon by fire". Don't know if there's anyone up ahead? Well pop off some rounds into the trees and you'll find out right away! Particularly effective with the M-19 launcher

You are so right. California has some pretty strict gun laws, even though it's legal to open carry, you can goto jail for doing so even though it breaks no written law in CA.

With gun control laws that strict you would imagine the crime rate would be low, right? Well, my idea for the war on terror is to lure the insurgents into east LA = 2 problems solved at once.
