Haha. 38-42 year-olds have better things to do than snus, apparently. Only one.

I am 37 and I think I just realized why there is no one over 60. We are, for the most part, former smokers who switched to snus somewhere in the last two years, The potential 60 plus chronic smokers didn't make it...or they are still trying to figure out how to program their VCR s and haven't gotten around to the interwebs yet.

Well, my father is 63, I think, and he smokes. But last time I visited him, he said he was down to about 3 cigs a day, as he has said he wanted to quit, and is very frugal(cheap), and was doing the make your own. I have offered him to try nasal snuff, and I left him 5 portions of Ettan, and he is just so resistant to try anything, and he has not tried any of it. And I don't think he will.

There's probably a good reason for the dip right below our age levels (you 42, me 43), also. I reckon once ppl hit 40 they start looking around and thinking--well, never mind, I'll bet you see my point already.

It's Tex dog read through the thread. He's fresh meat.
I'm just saying... (I started smoking before 18, too, so I am not claiming to be an angel). We all prolly have bad stories about our age and starting to use the weed.
Anyhow - just wonderin'.

Hey no prob, I always wonder when this issue comes up (not just here) why anybody cares? And I "believe" the answer to your question is No... The Federal government has too much sway over the states at this point, especially when it comes to a thing like tobacco for it to be different from one state to the next.
