    VB Snus,

I understand how government works. like I said, Congress will not allow anything bipartisan to happen, they strike down any legislation put forward by the republicans and pass bills that get 0 republican votes. Their goal is not bipartisanship. Also, as Tom pointed out, Obama has appointed one of the most partisan cabinets ever, if he wanted bipartisanship he wouldn't have chosen only his close commie buddies. But it is his right since as the president the choice is up to him.

Just saying, he can't claim he is trying to be bipartisan. It takes mroe than rhetoric speaches to be bipartisan, action is required from both him and congress. Neither have risen to the occasion.

What we need is a "none of the above" option on all ballots. I don't care who you like or don't. If you don't vote, you don't have bitching rights.

Agreed. Those are despicable scum. I live in Virginia Beach, have a brother and uncle in the Navy, ex Air Force dad, step-dad, father in law, and mother in law, and Marine (Marines are never ex-!) uncles. I listen to jet noise and see Navy ships very day, and I'm proud as hell of our military.

          True story.

If I were on the scene here (drunk preferably), it would look more like the LA riots except with all the cops only trying to subdue one person (me).

Regardless of political belief, I think we all need to find common ground in that it's not the soldiers fault, it's the politicians fault. It's like killing an IRS agent for collecting taxes, it's just their job. These people are completely and totaly on the fringe and are halfway off the edge as it is, these people DO NOT represent the average democrat or even liberal.

But the fact that they can even have a protest like this shows exactly how freedom of speech still has a pulse in this nation.

I find these pictures beyond words. But, our flag has to be for all, even "people" like this, or it just becomes a red white and blue dust rag. It's stuff like this that makes me fear for the freedom of my children and future grand children. When the mob rules who is free.

Reminds of the "God hates fags" assholes from that church in Kansas (i think). The ones that protest at military funerals.

That's one of the drawbacks to freedom, everyone gets it. Nothing more irritating than fighting (and giving your life) to gain the freedom for someone to tell you they hate you and everything you stand for. Wow talk about irony.

I'm against every aspect of war, especially the one were in now. But I support the troops fully. There is no reason whatsoever to bash our troops. Like the others have said, it's the cowards in office who are war profiteering, who should take the blame.

Yah that shit's retarded. Glad we have the Patriot Guard Riders to stop people from protesting at funerals, which is the most disrespectfull thing I ould imagine.

I saw this on the back of a work truck going down the road.

USMC - Providing the enemy an opportunity to die for their country since 1775.
