Puppy murderer!!! That S.O.B!!! That would make me not as sad for him...but I just looked this up and the news article stated that some guys were playing hockey, noticed the body, finished their game and then called police. I guess that's hockey town for you...go Wings!! (yup, I'm a MI native)

You guys (and gals of course ) that like to ski and snowboard amongst other outdoor activities need to come and experience the famous Utah powder!! I know, I know, Utah, land of no drinks and home of the crazy mormons :lol: But it really isnt as bad as they say. Im talking about fluffy, powdery, light soft snow... You really have to see it and feel it to understand! Would love to see you out here!!!

Hell, it even says it on the license plate "Greatest snow on Earth!!" :wink:

I get so excited around this time of year. Here in northwest Florida, we experience Autumn (leaves change color & fall off trees, humidity & temps drop, etc). This means a lot more hanging out indoors. My favorite things to do during these seasons are bundle up with a blanket and a good book while enjoying snuff & tea & Bailey's Irish Cream!! I love to make mulled cider and fill the house with the aroma of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg. To jumpstart the season, I just ordered a bunch of snuff as well as various teas including a delicious coconut tea as well as several chai teas. Anyone else have favorite cold weather activities or hobbies???

The temp is only -14 celsius here right now. Still warm yet so thats around 6F. Can't wait for the -50 weather then you know its ****ing cold enough to say indoors.

Hey, no picking on snakes! Some of the finest people I know (me included, hehe) sometimes have snakes around our wrists, see? :wink: (my wrist with my brazilian rainbow boa Pandia)

How cold does north west florida get during Autumn and Winter?

Not near as cold as Alberta! Last winter we had many 20-30 F evenings with it only warming up to appx. 40 F during the day. Definitely chilly enough to stay inside! If I have to endure cold weather, I want snow to go with it! Someday I hope to move back north, maybe the Pacific northwest with a stop in Utah to experience the "world's greatest snow."
