High School Football

2 years ago my old high school beat their long time rivals 34-7 on their own field

before that they hadnt won a game against them for i believe 10 or more years


this year they sucked something fierce though

On really slow days this fourm is my main source of interaction with the outside world. Most conversations with customers are a mile wide and an inch deep. So I grab my fun where I can. Yea It is the bling. Years ago I was in Reno for some reason and went in to a pawn shop. There was Super bowl ring for sale, as I recall it was Miami. Kind of a sad thing to see really.

Yep and I just about crapped myself when I heard that commercial say UA Monticello. Boll Weevil is a pretty dorky mascot. Oh, mine...the Lavaca Golden Arrows. Doesn't exactly strike fear into anyone, but it's unique. Chad, would you say that Payton Hillis is Conway's favorite son now?

I think most mascots are weird. In high school I was a blue lion and in college a buckeye so I can't really make fun of any of them.

I graduated with his older brother, Kyle, who was bigger and better than Peyton, but Kyle didn't go into football. Now, Peyton comes through and the whole town freaks out, and Kyle feels kinda left out. It sucks.
