I support the death penalty if it is without question. And it should be carried out within 30 days. This guy, and the Ft Hood guy should be killed within a month. The idea is to remove them from our world, you can't "punish" or "rahab" them after they did something so bad, so they can be free on the streets again. And why should they get to lay around all day and play cards with buddies watch cable TV, and be fed, and more, all on the tax payers expence. Viscious murderers should be swinging from the gallows, if there is no question in their case. If there is a slight question, then life.
Ya know.....just because you kill one person doesn't necessarily mean you are a bad person. My buddy murdered 7 people in the Browns Chicken Massacre back in 93 and he was always a really nice guy. Well..... untill he went on his rampage. Apparently he did it for kicks. Idiot. He got a life sentence. He should have gotten more time....
Did you really know one of those guys? I thought you were full of it do to the improbable name, but that really was an event :^D
Yea, I knew Juan Luna. He was one of my employees back before he committed that crime. I spent alot of time with him and I have to say that he really was a nice guy, quiet, well behaved and a good dependable worker. They say that he killed them just to see what it would be like. I'm just glad that he was cool when I knew him. Well, he WAS somewhat afraid of me tho. Now he'll spend the rest of his life in prison, where he belongs.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......
I've been wrong lots of times. Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.
Google 'Jeanine Nicarico murder' for another example of justice system fraud in the capital of corruption, Illinois.
That being said, I'm against using taxpayer dollars to keep a murderer alive in prison. I don't know if the death penalty is the answer, so let's meet in the middle. Labor camps. Make them work to stay alive.

Lord, that murder was awfull also. Dam humans.
I can't see taking someones life as a punishment [not sayiing that they wouldn't deserve it tho]. I, myself just don't want to be involved in someone losing their life for any reason. And I'm not up for supporting someone in prison for their lifetime. But giving them hard labor for the rest of their life is just dandy with me. Make em work like a mule and let them suffer.
For the last year I have been watching Nancy Grace just about every night. Its simply incredible how many kids dissappear and are murdered. Seems like everyday someone goes missing and alot of the time its someone they know that commits the crime. Notice; I really don't like Nancy Grace cuz she exaggerates so much and many times doesn't speak accurately but I watch her because she reports on missing kids and such around the country. Local reporting doesn't report on missing kids around the country. Its amazing how many go missing when you look at it country-wide. Sad really.

I can get behind forced labor. If it turns out someone innocent was convicted, they'll at least be in shape. Payment for false incarceration can then be negotiated. Maybe $150 per hour + overtime?
All kidding aside, I'm against the death penalty. I'm for it in theory, but there's too much state sponsored fraud to trust the legal system to do the right thing.
I am a firm believer in the death penalty, and think we shouldn't waste the time/money of waiting 10 years before we off them after they've been found guilty.
HOWEVER, I have to agree, our current system lets too many bad guys walk and prosecutes too many innocent people. I still am of the mind that it's better to save one innocent life and risk letting bad guys go than to kill an innocent man for a crime he did not commit.
Good news: He will probably get shanked before he dies of natural causes = justice in the end
